By using the website at cardvera.io (the "Site"), you agree to these terms with Cardvera, Inc. ("Cardvera," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. They apply to everyone who visits — whether or not you request beta access.
The Site describes Cardvera, our pre-gateway card-testing prevention product, which is currently in private beta. Everything here — feature descriptions, detection methods, performance figures — is informational. It reflects where we're headed, not a promise that any specific feature will ship or perform a certain way.
Using the actual Cardvera product is separate. Beta participants get their own agreement covering the Service; these terms only cover this website.
You need to be at least 18 and have the authority to agree to these terms for yourself or your company. The Site is meant for business use, not for personal, family, or household purposes.

The content on the Site — text, graphics, the Cardvera name and logo, and the code behind it — belongs to us or is licensed to us. Nothing here grants you rights to our patents, trademarks, or trade secrets beyond simply using the Site.
Cardvera is in private beta. Anything we describe about features, performance, or integrations reflects current development and beta results. Treat it as pre-production: it may change, slip, or be discontinued, and we don't commit that anything described will appear in a generally available product.
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WHERE THE LAW DOESN'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT IT DOES.
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms — the links are there for convenience, not as an endorsement.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date, and we'll flag anything significant. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, that means you accept it. If you don't agree, please stop using the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Together with our Privacy Policy (and any separate beta agreement you've signed), these terms are the entire agreement between you and Cardvera regarding the Site.
